The Clients
Chiara and Mattia are a couple and they are respectively 32 and 35 years old. Ettore is their 4-year-old son and they are waiting for another baby, a girl. Their current apartment is always a chaos with Ettore’s toys everywhere. They are worried about how the mess could increase with the arrival of a new baby, so they need a solution for having a house easy to tidy up or with appropriate spaces for their children.
The Concept

Separate the kids play area from the adults by dividing the space with a wall and raised area

Use a built in storage shelf to keep the children’s toys organized in baskets so they can take a basket up to the play area and clean it up easily when they are finished.

Half of the built in storage is for kids storage and decor; the other half is a mini bar with a wine rack for the parents
